Shipment Policy:
We will normally send out all our parcels by DHL / Fedex. Under special requests, we can send through other methods assigned by customers. But no matter which way we use to send your order, the safety of the parcel is our #1 priority. So should you receive a parcel and found the parcel to be broken from the appearance, please take photos and videos instantly as proof.
Payment Policy:
We can only start to prepare the products once the accounting department confirms your payment is being received in full. We accept payments via Bank Transfer and Crypto Currency.
Kindly note that our legal entity is Target Medical Germany GmbH and our central bank account is located in Germany.
Cancellation & Refund Policy (Before the parcel is sent):
We hope you will not cancel any order because we probably spent 2-3 days preparing your order, and the payment gateway already charged us their handling fee. Therefore cancellation of the order would cost you some finance charges. (NOT from us, but your payment gateway company).
Should you want to cancel an order before our shipment notice, we will return your paid amount minus necessary finance charges.
Should you want to cancel an order after the shipment is sent, you will have to bear the cost of delivery and return.
Return & Refund Policy (After the parcel is sent out):
- After we send out the parcel and should you decide to return the item within 7 days upon this parcel’s arrival at your doorstep, please contact our sales representative and they will assist you with all the details.
- Please ensure the product is intact like new (No damage, no scratches, no dirt).
- You must keep the original packaging for the protection of the product upon return.
- All items are to be returned back to our German warehouse by our courier partner DHL/Fedex at an excellent rate.
- There will be a re-stocking fee charged to you which will cover the freight cost and finance charges involved.
- Upon receipt of the item, we will process the refund.

Germany has been a reputable trading hub with a long history and it is being recognized internationally. As we are a German-registered company, we comply with the law of Germany.
